Our high quality painters have the skill and expertise to meet your interior painting needs. In general, interior painting jobs require a lot of coordination and preparation. Our professional painters do all of the following at NO EXTRA COST TO YOU!

We're cautious and neat. All flooring is protected with drop cloths, plastic or builder paper. We move all furniture and cover to ensure protection and potential accidents. All switch and outlet plates and removed prior to painting. We remove and reinstall all window coverings. We perform general repairs, such replacing drywall, taping, texturing, sanding, filling all nail holes or small cracks and caulking all doorjams, baseboards and ceiling crowns. We clean all wood prior to painting it. We attempt to remove wallpaper first, but switch to other methods if removal is damaging the wallboard. We also stain, varnish and can use special finishes. Yes, you can change the dark stain woodwork to a beautiful oil semi-gloss finish! Your home is left clean at the end of each working day. Provide you with a record of the color choices you made so you have that information for future reference. Once we've applied the paint, we clean up all trash (including drop cloths, plastic, and tape) and move furniture back to where it belongs. We reinstall all switch plates, outlet covers, and window coverings.

Our high quality painters have the skill and expertise to meet your exterior painting needs too! Exterior painting jobs require a lot of steps to ensure a proper finish. All of our quotes include the following:

Power Washing
You must have this done before painting. All homes have a layer of dirt, mildew, etc., that can only be removed by 2,000 to 3,000 psi power washing. Common sense tells us not to paint on a dirty surface.

Scraping/Repairs
All loose paint must be removed. It's no fun to scrape, but it must be done. We do this the old-fashioned way by hand with scraping knives and wire brushes. You must have a tight, prime able surface. If you need any repairs prior to painting, we have skilled personnel to handle most minor repairs.

Priming
After the power washing and scraping, all exposed wood must be primed to properly accept the new paint. We use premium exterior primers to prepare the surface providing a sound foundation for adhesion of the new finish coat. Primer is used to seal stains as well.

Caulking/Glazing
We caulk all windows and entrances which helps reduce air flow in these areas. All major wood joints are caulked as well. We use 20-year rated caulk. Homes with wood windows have loose glazing removed and replaced.

Painting
Even after power washing, scraping, priming, and caulking, we do not start cutting corners! We use only premium paints from Dunn-Edwards, Frazee, Benjamin-Moore, and Sherwin Williams. Your home will be more beautiful than when we started!
